There’s a post today over at the Art of Manliness about the Best Guns for Home Defense. The article itself is not all that interesting for anyone who’s been around guns before – it’s pretty basic info. The thing that gets me is the debate afterward. I think the right to self-defense is undeniable and basic.

That’s right – the right to bear arms is a natural right. All that the US Constitution does is guarantee that the US Government will not infringe upon that right.
Most people get this wrong. They think the government GAVE us the right to bear arms. Nothing could be further from the truth!
